Order Preparation (6-10 business days):

Shipping and Tracking
After shipping, we will send you a CTT Expresso tracking code . (You will receive it by email;)

When will I receive the SMS from CTT to track the order?
The SMS from CTT is sent as soon as the order enters the CTT Expresso system and is ready to be tracked. However, the SMS may be sent between 10 and 15 business days after shipping . After receiving the SMS, delivery will take between 1-3 business days;
Attention : The SMS will always have the link "ctt.pt/", if the link is not that then it is a SCAM!
When is the tracking code actually updated on the CTT website?
The tracking code may take up to 10 working days to be updated on the CTT.pt website after being registered with CTT Expresso. This is a normal process due to transport and logistics processing. CTT will not provide any information about the order if it has not yet been updated.

Why does tracking take so long to update?
Orders sent originate in Madrid , which involves transportation and sorting processes in logistics centers. This may delay the update in the CTT.pt system, especially between entry into the system and acceptance at the operational centers.
What should I do if the tracking doesn't update?
If your tracking information has not updated after 18 business days , we recommend that you contact us through our support channels. We will be happy to help you track the status of your order.
What is the delivery time to the Islands (Madeira and Azores)?
For islands, delivery time is longer due to sea transport. Orders can take between 20 to 30 business days to be delivered.
How can I track international orders?
International orders can be tracked through the 17Track website. This service allows you to track the order only when it reaches the destination country. International orders are sent through an offline channel, where you can only see the update after it arrives in the destination country.
Simply enter the tracking code we provide and check the updated delivery status.
Why shouldn't I contact CTT directly?
We recommend that you do not contact CTT directly because it is us, as the sender, who are responsible for monitoring and resolving any issues related to the order. Furthermore, they will only provide you with any information once you receive the SMS from CTT.
